Dear Super Dial-A-Deal customer,

We value you as a WLVL listener. To make Dial-A-Deal more beneficial for you and our advertisers, we ask that you please read and adhere to the following guidelines.

All Dial-a-Deal certificates purchased on Saturday must be picked up by the following Friday. Office hours are Monday, 10 am to 5 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday 9 am to 3 pm. Cash, personal checks or credit cards are acceptable. If your purchase is put on a credit card the charge on your statement will be from Culver Communication.

If you prefer to mail your payment, it must be received by WLVL no later than Friday. Please make your check payable to WLVL and mail to: Super Dial-A-Deal, PO Box 477 Lockport, New York 14095. (There is a $15.00 charge for each returned check for insufficient funds.)

You will not be reissued a new certificate or given a refund if your certificate becomes lost. Dial-A-Deal Certificates are valid for 30 days and entitle you only to the specific item(s) stated on the certificates. Substitutions are not allowed and no change is given from any Dial-A-Deal certificates. Remember to present your Dial-A-Deal certificates when ordering. DAD certificates may not be used with other coupons or discounts.

Please purchase only one certificate, per advertiser, per shop or per household. Our hosts will state if you may purchase multiples of a certain item.

Our sales staff will be happy to answer any questions you have about the certificates you have purchased by calling the business office Monday-Friday between 9 am and 5 pm at 433-5944. We ask that you refrain from calling our Dial-a-Deal show on Saturday, because our host will be unable to answer your questions at that time. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
