Another Niagara Falls DPW worker is in hot water this morning after he was arrested at City Hall on Tuesday for collecting unemployment benefits while keeping his job with the city.

Clarence Bradley of North Avenue was charged with stealing more than $3,000 in benefits while working as an assistant department director of clean neighborhoods.

He was suspended without pay, according to mayor Paul Dyster.

Last week, another DMV worker, James R. Curtis was suspended after being accused of having a prostitute in his city truck while he was on city time.
