The plans of a Tacoma, Washington, man who said earlier this year he intended to develop the county's Davison Road complex into condos for seniors has slowed.
County lawmakers saying Tuesday they'd like to see specific plans for the property before signing off on the deal. Originally, Douglas MacLeod agreed to purchase the plot for $160,000 and intended to put condos and a medical office development in.
That didn't comply with Town of Lockport zoning rules, however, and MacLeod's brother asked for more time to develop plans. As of Tuesday, he told the legislature the group still didn't have a definite plan.
