A Niagara Falls man was arrested for cocaine possession and aggravated driving while intoxicated on Sunday after being pulled over in Bergholz. 34-year-old Daniel Robinson was pulled over for crossing the center line and he failed sobriety tests. Robinson's blood alcohol level was determined to be .22 percent.
As Niagara County Sheriff's patrols were placing Robinson in handcuffs, he told them that he also had cocaine in his front pocket.
He's scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
