Jury selection continued Wednesday in the murder trial of a Rochester man who is accused of shooting and killing a man in the Falls during an apparent robbery attempt.

28-year-old Earl McCoy faces six counts, including second-degree murder, after the killing of Buffalo's Jacobi Lovett in 2009.

McCoy isn't the only defendant, 24-year-old Tyrome Elder of the Falls was convicted of the same charges in March. Opening arguments in McCoy's trial are expected on Monday.
