The controversial sports complex was back in the spotlight during Wednesday's meeting of the Lockport School Board.
The public got its chance to weigh in on the $5.8 million complex, which would come largely from state funding.
Athletic Director Pat Burke has said the department would fund raise to cover the district's $750,000 share.
Also, residents got a chance to discuss the $79 million budget and a capital improvement project that comes with a price tag of nearly $19 million, although that also comes with a big piece of state funding. A vote on these measures will take place on May 17.
