A high-profile DWI case is moving from one side of the county to the other -- the case against Town of Lockport Attorney Daniel Seaman is being moved to Niagara Falls due to a conflict in interest.

Seaman was arrested on the charge back on March 30 when his pickup truck was spotted in the mud on Crosby Road. He refused to submit to chemical tests at the time.

Seaman is a partner at a City of Lockport law firm, and also represents the towns of Hartland, Pendleton and the Niagara County Water District. No date has been set on that case just yet.
