A Niagara Falls man out on bail for his role in the gang-related shooting of two teenagers is back behind bars this week after a SWAT team found him during a raid on a crackhouse on eighth street in Niagara Falls.
20-year-old Terrell Thomas of Spruce Avenue was arrested as police investigated a two-family home which they say was so busy that drug dealers wirked in shifts.
Thomas was found on the second floor of the home and resisted arrest. Soon after, police realized he was carrying a stun gun.
City officials later condemned the property after finding two feet of standing sewage-filled water in the basement.
