Lockport Town Attorney Daniel Seaman pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Seaman entered the plea in Niagara Falls City Court, where the case was moved.

His pickup truck was spotted in the mud on Crosby Road on March 30 when he was arrested and he refused to submit to chemical tests.

He'll return to the Niagara Falls Court for a hearing on Aug. 17.
