A Niagara Falls man who has been charged with drunk driving seven different times appears headed for jail after his most recent arrest.

46-year-old Timothy Flood of 62nd Street pleaded guilty to felony DWI and seventh-degree criminal possession of oxycodone after North Tonawanda police pulled him over. At the time, his blood alcohol level checked in at .13 percent.

Judge Sara Sperrazza told Flood he should make arrangements for care for his 4-year-old daughter before in September, which could be a sign that he's expected to serve jail time.
