A Coast Guard rescue crew pulled four boaters out of the water after a 22-foot pleasure craft capsized at the mouth of the Niagara River near Youngstown on Saturday morning. The Niagara County Sheriff's Office after receiving a cell phone call from someone on a vessel that capsized with four people aboard. They were all wearing lifejackets. During the trip, Coast Guard crewmembers noticed that two of the boaters were showing signs of hypothermia. Once they were safely brought in, all four boaters were checked by local EMS, and one of them was taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston as a precaution.
