A potential strike at all of Kaleida's Hospitals appears to have been averted thanks to a late-night agreement.

The deal was struck at about 2 a.m., and included all three unions, meaning a scheduled strike of some 7,700 workers is off.

Kaleida has five hospitals throughout Western New York, including DeGraff Memorial in North Tonawanda. Ratification of the deal is expected to come sometime in July.
