The Buffalo Bills have swiped a prominent player away from a division rival who should give them some versatility.
Multiple outlets say the Bills have signed former New York Jets wide receiver Brad Smith to a contract. Smith worked as a wideout for the Jets last year, but also ranked second in the NFL last season in kickoff returns and was used often at the quarterback position in the Jets "Wildcat" package.
Smith's deal is reported to be four years for about 15-million dollars. Also, the team announced the signing of a bunch of draft choices in Chris Hairston, their fourth-round pick; Chris White from the sixth round as well as and seventh-round draft selection Justin Rogers.
