County sheriff's got a tip from a local coffee shop that a woman who came through a drive-through might have been intoxicated on Thursday night.

Sure enough, they stopped 45-year-old Deborah Walters of Burt in front of the county fairgrounds a while later. Walters admitted she'd been drinking and police found alcohol in a cup inside her vehicle.

She refused a breath test but was charged with DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and no inspection. She'll appear in Town of Lockport court on Tuesday.
