An employee with the Niagara County Social Services Adult Protection Unit has been accused of inappropriately touching two of his female clients.

Niagara Falls police charged 61-year-old David Hatch of Williamsville, after allegations that Hatch touched her against her will on three different occasions earlier this year.

Another woman said Hatch pushed her against a wall and tried to touch her back last December.

He's been charged with forcible touching, attempted forcible touching and sexual abuse.

Hatch was arraigned in Niagara Falls City Court on Thursday. He's scheduled to appear in court next week.
