Paul Griffin was arrested early Tuesday morning after alledegly refusing to pay a cab fare. The former coordinator for Onetime Niagara County STOP-DWI has been charged with theft of services according to the sheriffs report. A driver for Timkey Limousine Company, which does have a taxi service, told the sheriff's deputies that Griffin was highly intoxicated and had refused to pay the four-teen dollar fare. After Griffin exited the cab, he fell down and struck his head on the driveway. According to the deputy, Griffin was on the ground, yelling, cursing and spitting before he was taken to Eastern Niagara Hospital in Lockport for treatment.
