Lockport attorney Seaman has DWI charges reduced

Lockport Town Attorney Daniel Seaman had charges reduced on Monday concerning an incident that took place back in March when his pickup truck was spotted in the mud on Crosby Road.

Originally, Seaman was charged with driving while intoxicated after he refused to submit to chemical tests, but he had those charges reduced to driving while ability impaired on Monday in Niagara Falls City Court.

Seaman is scheduled to return to court on Sept. 20.
