A Niagara Falls man who was convicted for DWI just a few months ago was stopped and arrested on the same charge early this morning on the LaSalle Expressway.

39-year-old Martin Willard of 20th Street in the Falls was stopped after midnight and told police "you know I've been drinking."

He had a DWI conviction back on May 3 in the Town of Lockport and another before that in 2003 in North Tonawanda. He also didn't have an interlock system hooked up as was directed by the court.
