A Lockport man who first said he was going to commit suicide before threatening a local woman was tracked down by the city police's K-9 unit on Sunday.
Police say that 36-year-old Duane Price of South Street called a woman nearly three dozen times, then told her she better "sleep with one eye open" because he'd be coming over.
Price tried to flee when police came searching for him, but they used the K-9 unit to find him.
He was given five different charges, including resisting arrest and crinminal contempt.
He later had to be treated by the Lockport Fire Department for a bite on his back before being sent off to the county jail .
