The Lockport man who's been charged with stabbing and killing a 65-year-old woman told police when he confessed to the crime that he felt that woman was poisoning him with vampire bat feces.
47-year-old Hans Diefenbach told Lockport police after the stabbing that he didn't feel bad about what he'd done and that he suspected Norma Confer of taking a life insurance policy out against him.
Diefenbach stabbed Confer back in April after knocking in the door of her Washburn Street home. Originally, he was deemed unfit to stand trial, but that diagnosis was eventually reversed.
That case returns to court in late October ...
