A county judge admitted she was too lenient on a Lockport drug dealer, giving him four years in state prison on Thursday after giving him probation earlier this year.

61-year-old Kendrick Pollock was given probation in June despite public outcry.

Less than two days later, he was selling drugs in front of his Cottage Street home from his wheelchair. On Thursday, Niagara County Judge Sara Sperrazza admitted she should have given Pollock a more severe punishment and sent him to state prison.
