What looked like it might be a banner day for those waiting for casino slot revenues took a turn as the Seneca Nation announced it has yet to sign on to an agreement with the state.

On Wednesday morning, State Senator George Maziarz said he thought a deal had been reached with the Seneca's tribal council, but as they day progressed, word leaked that the council had not made its mind up.

The Senecas are still angry with state officials for allowing state-run racinos at area horse tracks, insisting it violates an agreement to give the Senecas sole rights to slot gaming. The tribal council is expected to release more on the topic today.
