Falls man charged with copper theft, stealing cameras

A Niagara Falls man was arrested after he and and his brother were apparently trying to steal copper from a Clarence storage facility and also took down the camera equipment that was supposed to protect the facility.

42-year-old Anthony Lopiccolo of the Falls and his brother Frank Lopiccolo of Buffalo were arrested and in possession of the stolen surveillance camera equipment that was installed due to recent thefts. 

The two were charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Criminal possession of Hypodermic Instruments, and Criminal Trespassing. Both were given appearance tickets.
