Pendleton's King skips sentence for Oklahoma rehab

A Niagara County man who was charged with a felony DWI had his sentencing pushed off for a year while he attends an inpatient alcohol rehab center in Oklahoma.

55-year-old Robert King of Pendleton pleaded guilty on Tuesday in state supreme court after he was pulled over back in July.

At the time, King was found to have a blood alcohol level of nearly four times the legal limit.
