What looked like a done deal to turn a Canal Street property into the corporate home of the Lockport Cave & Underground Boat Tour has apparently fallen apart.

Various sources are reporting that Hydraulic Race Company, which owns the cave tour, told the City of Lockport it wasn't interesting in purchasing the property, but still had designs on leasing it.

Now, the Greater Lockport Development Corporation says it's not negotiating with the company, meaning the property is again up for grabs.
