Lockport's Meadow not eligible for drug counseling

A Lockport man who police believe was a cocaine dealer was denied entrance into a drug treatment program on Thursday.

Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas said 31-year-old Joshua Meadows of Marshall Place was a dealer, not an addict, so she said he wasn't eligible for the program.

Meadows has failed in the program three times and was caught selling to undercover officers five times before an April raid on his home. He'll return to court on January 10th ...
