Officially known as Zone Outreach Objective and Mission, the ZOOM program in Niagara Falls is designed to combine resources of several departments to undergo sweeps of specific neighborhoods and issue code enforcement citations to property owners.

A former member of the team will need to pay back more than $3,000 in unemployment benefits after he collected them while he was working for the city.

Clarence Bradley will also pay a $250 fine and perform 100 hours of community service during sentencing.

He was originally put on administrative leave after being arrested back in April, but has been fired since then.
