Over 100 employees at Odd Fellow and Rebekah Rehabilitation and Health Center in the Town of Lockport are preparing to picket as contract talks with the facility's management intensify.

A meeting between the two sides is scheduled for Friday, but if the union doesn't get what it's looking for, pickets could start a week from today.

Employees there took a pay cut in November, dropping from 40 to 37 and a half hours. They've also putoff a pair of scheduled wage increases to avoid layoffs.
