Catholic Health appears to be the winner in the process to get Niagara County's home health care license.
A pair of committees voted on Tuesday, with each coming back in favor of Catholic's $2.65 million bid.
Also in the running for the license, which includes the McCauley Seton Home car division, was Kaleida Health's Visiting Nursing Association, which offers $2.5 million.
Catholic Health is expected to keep all nine employees currently employed by the county.
The county legislature will still need to ratify the decision when it meets on Feb. 7
