Lockport City Attorney John Ottaviano announced Thursday that he's changing firms, but he'll keep his roles with the city organizations.

Ottaviano has worked for the powerful firm Harris beach, which works with a number of local municipalities, but is leaving for a Buffalo firm that specializes in corporate work.

Ottoviano works with the GLDC and Niagara Falls Water Board and will maintain both those roles.
