Governor Andrew Cuomo is apparently banking on millions of dollars in revenue from the Seneca Indian Nation as part of his budget proposal. Administration officials aren't giving many details on the expected 129-million dollars in casino revenue-sharing proceeds from the Senecas. The two sides have been in a stalemate for months over lapsed casino payments, and the Senecas aren't thrilled that Cuomo is pushing to legalize casino gambling throughout New York.
