A pair of Niagara County Highway Department employees escaped serious injuries when a driver slammed into the back of their truck on Wednesday.
The men were filling pot holes on Bear Ridge Road in Pendleton when a pickup crashed into them.
The man driving the other vehicle might be charged with a violation of the new Move Over law.
He was identified as Bradley Braun, and he said his windshield was fogged up, and he didn't see the truck.
He was taken to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital with a broken arm. The two county employees were not injured.
