A Niagara County Sheriffs Deputy and Lockport native who has been accused of rape from an incident that took place more than a decade ago could get the case conditionally discharged.

30-year-old Kevin Rohde got youthful offender status late last week, and he faces sentencing on April 25 in Lockport City Court. 

It's possible at that time that Rohde could skip jail time or even probation. Rohde has been with the sheriff's office for seven years and has been suspended with pay since being charged back in September.
