A Lockport man who did jail time after his one-year-old daughter from a morphine overdose back in 2008 has now been sentenced to another year behind bars for breaking into a relative's home last April.

26-year-old Nicholas Doxey was sentenced to a year in jail for an incident on John Street in which he was originally indicted for felony burglary charges. 

Doxey previous jail term came after he was found guilty of endangering the welfare of a child in connection with the death of his daughter, Sierra Marie Doxey
