After years of trying to get by without repairing facilities and buying new equipment, the city of Lockport could move forward on bonding up to $10 million next week.
Included in that lump sum would be repairs to City Hall and the water and wastewater treatment plants as well as the demolition of the parking garage on Main and Pine Street.
