County law enforcement busted a marijuana grow house on Tuesday, one they say was sophisticated with nearly 300 plants. 

The raid took place on Pine Street and 44-year-old William Chapple the third was arrested after police executed a warrant around 6 p.m. 

Police say nearly every room of the apartment had pot plants growing and some cocaine was also found ... 19-year-old Jeffrey Tretter was also arrested and both were  face charges of drug and controlled substance possessions. 

They were arraigned in Lockport City Court Wednesday.
