A 20-year-old man is being accused of setting a fire that damaged a maintenance building at the Lockport Town and Country Club.  

The Niagara County Sheriff's Office says Michael Hefferson of Somerset is charged with fourth degree arson and criminal mischief in connection with the July tenth fire. 

Hefferson will be presented in court at a later date.
