Man looking to skateboard gets DWI in Lockport

A 38-year-old Lancaster man who said he was looking for a place to skateboard was arrested in the Town of Lockport on Thursday and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Jeremy O'Brien was stopped on South Transit and seemed disoriented when police asked him for paperwork.

O'Brien failed field sobriety tests and then was found to have a .16 blood alcohol level. He was taken to the county jail.
