Here's another case of the traffic jams we have here in Niagara County wreaking havoc.
A spreader truck in Wilson suffered $10,000 damage when it was hit on New Road by a passing John Deere tractor that didn't pull over far enough.
Police say that 66-year-old Ken Fredericks of Wilson wouldn't pull over far enough. The driver of the spreader tried to get around him, but the plow from the tractor caught the rear tire of the spreader.
After the deed took place, Fredericks sped away without stopping ... or at left as quickly as the tractor would go.
That case is headed to civil court.
