A Niagara Falls woman who's already been to state prison twice for forging checks is heading back there.
33-year-old Tasheen Dillard got up to six years in jail after a case on Wednesday.
According to authorities, Dillard targets older residents, steals checks from their mailboxes, and takes them to local banks. The scam netted about $50,000.
Dillard wasn't alone in the scam. Four others also got charged, including 22-year-old Shana Wallace of Lockport. Wallace got three years' probation for two misdemeanors.
