A Newfane man was charged on Monday after he allegedly berated employees at a local trash dump, using racial slurs in the progress.

24-year-old Paul Villeneuve of Ridge Road in Newfane was charged with disorderly conduct after he was angry that employees at Modern Disposal wouldn't accept his trash.

According to a report, Villeneuve picked up a can and threw it into a garbage truck.

He admitted to police that he followed with the racial slur, saying he uses it to refer to friends, no matter what their race.

He'll make an appearance in Newfane Town Court on June 18th.
