A Niagara Falls man faces his fourth DWI charge since 2005 after he was stopped last night while pulling into the Cayuga Village mobile home park.

55-year-old William Rew had just had his license revoked on April 11th of this year for an aggravated DWI but he was stopped again by police.

Rew originally told police he was driving a truck home that had been stolen, but then admitted he'd been drinking.

When police asked him to perform field sobriety tests, he said he knew he was going to jail. He was taken to the county jail where he's being held on $1,000 bail
