Settlement reached quickly on Wilson baseball lawsuit

A case of Wilson High School baseball players who were bullied back in 2008 while on a school bus finally saw it's day in court on Monday.

It didn't take long to settle the case as the school district's lawyer cut a deal with the three plaintiffs after opening testimony. 

All three of the plaintiffs left the school district after the incident and one former player, who is now 20, said on the stand that he contemplated suicide.

Original, the three players who were arrested for abusing the JV players faced charges of sexual abuse, but the county D-A dropped the charge to misdemeanors of forcibly touching ...
