A Cheektowaga man was arrested in Wilson for DWI on Sunday after he was found to have a blood alcohol content that was three times the legal limit.
42-year-old Patrick Schrader was stopped in the Town of Wilson after he and his brother were found on the side of the road having an argument.
They told officers they were just driving around and had come from a Wilson bar. When asked how many drinks he'd had, Schrader said "about 13."
Police also found open Budweisers in the back seat of the vehicle and a full one in the cup holder.
Schrader was found to have a .24 B-A-C and was charged with aggravated DWI. He'll appear in Wilson Town Court tonight.
