Saving a pair of city jobs will be on the docket when the City of Lockport Common Council meets tonight.

Although the city passed a 2014 budget that included cuts in the fire, police and other departments, Fourth Ward alderman Pat Schrader says a pair of jobs can be spared since there were funds still available.

Schrader is submitting a resolution that would keep one member of the Highways Department and another in the city clerk's office.

Tonight's meeting is at 6 p.m. at the municipal building. We'll have Schrader on Stuck in the Middle today at 11:30.
